That’s the headline riding above Chuck Jaffe’s blog. He quotes the late Bill Berger as an explanation of guru Berger’s considered prediction—116.200 as early as 2040.

Also, Jaffe reminds us of the Rule of 115 and why it supports Berger’s long view—and his own guess that the Dow could triple twice more in the next 32 years.
