Sivy’s report in the May 15 issue of Time Magazine.

quarter 2013 was 11.3%—“the biggest yearly gain since 2005.”
Buying a home, he adds, is now less costly than renting in
most American cities.
Morningstar
says these real-estate stocks are among those that averaged double-digit
gains in the last five and three years, last year, and in 2013 YTD (through May
16): HCN, NNN, OHI, TOLAY, WPC.
My Yahoo charts compares
