On Monday, writing for Reuters, Brendan McDermid reported TSLA
(Tesla) closed trading up 9.15% for the
day, at $117.18—and that analyst Elaine Kwei had raised her price target to
$130.
My
2-year TSLA chart at Yahoo shows sideways movement for the stock until this
spring, when it surged from the mid-$30s.
My
3-month chart shows modestly rising prices until May 13, when the big move
upward began.
How good is the Tesla Model S (sedan)? Kelley
Blue Book gives it this rave review:
“For around $63,500 (after a $7,500 federal tax credit) the 60
kWh Model S delivers sharp handling, sleek style, a huge 17-inch touchscreen,
optional 7-passenger seating, cavernous luggage space, zero-to-60 acceleration
under 6 seconds and more than 200 miles of pure electric driving. The Model S
isn't a great electric car, it's a great car. Period.”
